Deliveries
In addition to our four (4) regional warehouses, we sometimes ship direct from the manufacturer to you. Stocked goods from our warehouses generally ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. Standard goods direct from the manufacturer usually take 1 – 3 business days to ship. Made-to-order items from the manufacturer can take up to 12 weeks in some cases. If time is of the essence, please call us for a more accurate lead time which can vary depending on the product and the manufacturer.
All prices are FOB Liberty*Mart warehouse or manufacturer’s shipping point. Shipping and handling fees will be applied to your purchase unless otherwise noted. For maximum savings, please visit your local Liberty*Mart warehouse where you can pick it up yourself!
Customer Shipping / Handling Cost Savings
All merchandise is packaged to arrive via common carriers, which include trucking companies, parcel services, and US Mail. Shipping charges vary and are based upon the class of freight, weight, volume, origination point and destination. Because of our large sales volume, we are often able to save our customers extra dollars on truck shipping and handling costs. Generally, the larger your order, the more cost effective your shipping and handling costs will be. Trucking companies are obligated to provide end of truck delivery only and will often assist if you have a standard height dock. If the carrier attempts to deliver and is unable to for any reason within your control, re-delivery fees may apply. Lift gate deliveries or other special services are available at additional cost and must be quoted and accepted at the time your order is placed. Carriers require a physical address so PO boxes cannot be accepted.
How do I return an item?
Stocked merchandise from any of our Liberty*Mart warehouses may be returned within 7 days from date of purchase provided it is still new and unused with all original packaging, literature and related parts and components. An item is considered “delivered” if it is still in our warehouse 30 days after the date of purchase. All returns must be shipped prepaid and all are subject to a minimum 30% restocking charge plus any damages that may occur in transit. Contact Liberty*Mart for a Return Authorization number (RA), which must be written on the box and paperwork so we can track and process your return.
Direct shipped merchandise from any of our suppliers can not be returned without an RA, and only if the supplier will accept the return – usually with restocking charges of
25 – 50% plus inbound and outbound freights. Any damages incurred in transit will be the buyer’s responsibility. Be sure to contact Liberty*Mart to obtain the RA prior to returning the merchandise.
Special order and made-to-order merchandise may not be cancelled or returned depending on that specific manufacturer’s policy. In rare cases, their restocking fees may be up to 100% if the product was of a custom nature. Please contact Liberty*Mart if you suspect that a problem with acceptance might arise and we will try our best to minimize the cost of cancellation.
Used items are not returnable.
